Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Our payment processing is exclusively done by Verotel - which accepts most credit and debit cards. Verotel is one of the largest and oldest adult site payment processors on the internet.

Q: Do you accept PayPal?

A: No. PayPal's terms of service explicitly forbid it's use for adult products.

Q: I don't have a credit/debit card. What can I do?
A: VISA branded gift cards generally will work with Verotel; alternatively you could look into bitcoins.

Q: Purchased the game but haven't received an e-mail with my username and password
A: Download access is not instantaneous. All purchases are manually reviewed and download accounts setup by our staff. Setup time varies from a few minutes to 12 hours normally. Less often up to 48 hours.

If 48 hours have passed and you haven't received the e-mail with your download account details please contact us.

Q: My username and password don't work
A: If you've gotten your username and password and can't login for the first time - you are most likely entering your username and password incorrectly. Check your e-mail from us to verify your exact username and password.

Note that usernames and passwords are case sensitive. That is there is a difference between a "B" and a "b" when entering in your username and password.

Q: I've lost my username and password
A: Please contact us directly for assistance.

Q: What are the system requirements?
A: See the system requirements page here.

Q: Does Discipline Master support 32 or 64-bit Windows?

A: Discipline Master supports both 32 and 64-bit versions of Windows.

Q: Is there a Mac version?
A: No, and there are no plans for one at this time.
However, you can always install a copy of Windows using the Boot Camp feature and then run the game.

Q: Getting a "Discipline Master has stopping working" error and crash at launch
A: You most likely do not have the Microsoft XNA Framework 4.0 installed on your computer. This is required.
You can download for free and install it from Microsoft here.

Q: Getting a "No Suitable Graphics Device" error and crash at launch
A: Your video card does not appear to support Shader Model 4.0 - which is a requirement of the game.
If you believe your card is Shader 4.0 compatible and it isn't working then try installing the latest drivers for it:
